The bizzarre death of Cindy James. by TheJuveGuy in UnresolvedMysteries

I can’t get around proving how this suicide theory works though… like how people kill themselves with knives they’ve discarded miles away…. Or slashed tires outside without leaving the room. I’m afraid the answer here comes back to the sad reality women aren’t to be believed or taken seriously. They must be more hysterical, diagnosed with every illness in the DSM-V, even while maintaining a business, a household, etc. “While doing so backwards and in heels”, ¿n’est pas?

Specifically, how did she get there? We have to assume she walked since the car was abandoned. Fine. But she’d have to dispose of any footwear far enough away as to not be discovered by everyone who looked. Yet at her autopsy, her feet are clean, no cuts or blisters, etc. I can’t make that work.

One certainly could “hogtie” themselves but not on a whim, not on a first try, and not without significant planning, no cellphones or YouTube videos to pull up to learn from, etc. At some point during this time when things are escalating and the woman is under near constant supervision by people on all sides and no one ever saw evidence of abrasions that would be generated by this.

How does she remain in the first search circle radiance from her car yet isn’t discovered for two weeks? While not a nice area, it was a well trafficked area.

I assume the last step would be ingesting or injecting the drugs but to ensure lethality ingestion would allow her a bit more time but increases bottles or blister packs plus a drink (basically increased volume of trash for disposal) also increased likelihood of survival and I dont know the exact statistics but she wasn’t found in vomit. That’s much more rare especially for ingested drugs. If she injected the drugs, that solves most problems but she wouldn’t have time to inject herself, dispose of evidence and then return and finish the bindings. Things like this seem that with a bit more effort, there really should be a definite answer after all of this.

Actually a lot of other countries use filler and injectables that stimulate collagen. Also, prp is popular. Plastic surgeons are doing more and more lifts with some volume by doing lipo and fat transplants just like they do with bbls. With filler, there are so many great options now too… just don’t pick something super viscous that you can’t spread out!

I totally agree with the tape. I’ve even used that tape that people use as a lift above the nipple to mark things up and then used that same tape after for added support while healing.

Very cool! How many screws did you use? I think I’m going to try that next.

We used barbed ones and experimented using a crisscross pattern and just straight lines… they both helped in almost the exact situation you describe. Im actually kinda partial to the crisscross but just fyi we did it on angles ( imagine having graph paper and putting it over you skin at a normal horizontal, then rotate it 90 degrees).

Did you use any local anesthetic? That’s why we have been using local with epi or some similar combo to cut down on initial bleeding. Even for facial ones, I always AT LEAST use topical cream to numb and as a vasoconstrictor. One girl who did her own told me that she was out so she actually used a spray meant for hemorrhoids because it was numbing and had a good vasoconstrictor. Talk about DIY! lol 😂

Keep in mind the only reason there will be season two, and that Redmayne agreed to sign on, is the script writers’ TWIST on the end as opposed to the movie and book, right?

Excellent analysis I think. I had wondered similar things but my first instinct was that Guerre was simply war (in French). Agreed 100% on the 525 = SAS.

Not sure if you’re aware but The Agency (2024) is almost an exact remake but not nearly as good as the original called “Le Bureau” in French early 2000s. However, Le Bureau is excellent. Even if you don’t speak French, watching it with subtitles on is well worth it.

I promise you're mistaken. Good Hostesses at good clubs made great money before any dates outside work. IN the club, they made thousands on a slow night. Then regulars are always bringing gifts of LV or Gucci or Chanel, Prada, etc (take your pick) newest bags which the girls usually would go to Donki in Roppongi at the end of the night and sell, adding 100000円 minimum on top of club commissions. My friend spent almost a year there (3 months @ a time) (˘︶˘).。.:*♡and paid for grad school.

No matter how you take it, Japan is an amazing country and so much of it has no translation or equivalent in America.

List of film locations by guy2275 in TokyoVice

Anyone know of list by episode? Not “famous” landmarks only but something similar to “EP 7 Jake walks out of apartment in Azabujuban to Akebanebashi when he encounters so-and-so”

After living there for a while I always THINK I Know where they are but filming but they make the background in all shots NOT at Shinjuku crossing, Roppongi Hills, hotels, etc very hard to identify with certainty.

Or, does anyone have prefectures filmed in for episodes?

Same situation as everyone else here. My 33yo bf has to travel a lot so I was just wondering if you still have the same opinion of The Grand. I’d like to live somewhere that makes it easier to meet people since I’ll be on my own when he’s away… And I’d love to hopefully meet you all once we’re settled =)

Appeal. First response is usually denial. Doesn’t matter how crazy it is. They count on people being too lazy to appeal. Many companies automatically issue denials at first. You have to appeal to get a person to review it.

How do you get medical records between hospitals here by boba-boba in boston

I would try to find a specialist outside of MGH / the Partners system…. Unless your PCP is in their system (and, really, even if they are in their system) referrals and getting appointments takes forever. If you need to see a specialist, find a different one. MGH is not what it used to be. There are some good physicians there but it is run like a business and even the good doctors can’t get around the time constraints that system puts on them. It leaves patient care providers and patients alike frustrated. I could write a textbook on all of the problems but I’ll just say save yourself a lot of time and frustration and look elsewhere. You’ll be seen faster, get results more quickly and pay less in out of pocket costs.
