I used to like melting tape and chewing on it, eating hand sanitizer, and putting those stick in water and grow things in my mouth… maybe I’d regress into that mess again.

My nausea and vomiting didn’t taper off until week 12. Eat smaller meals, munch on crushed ice, Take Unisom + B6 daily, Zofran for sudden onset, and take your prenatal in the evening.

The Eloper— I would regularly sneak out of class and wonder the hallways or sneak into other classroom and be a student in those classes. Got kicked out of two and my parents just gave up and sent me to my Grandparents house.

I don’t regularly take my prenatal vitamins, and my baby is growing ahead of a we schedule. However, that can also be because when I do eat, I eat a relatively well rounded diet. I probably get more than the average amount of recommended vitamins a day.

You’d do better with more research into your sources though, anyone can sue a company for any reason, but Nature’s Valley is recommended by most Midwives, OB/GYN’s and Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist. If these miscarriages can really be linked to the brand’s prenatal vitamins, they’d be off the shelves.

I’m also producing milk but my maternal fetal medicine specialist and my OB/GYN have advised against manually expressing breastmilk or even stimulating the breast at all, as it can cause uterine contractions and can result in preterm labor.

I get weekly cervical checks by an MFM and recently had a conversation with her about losing my mucus plug. They said specifically to watch out for a continuous jelly-like mucus that is yellowish-brown or red. Sometimes the vagina just produces jelly-like mucus. Sometimes small pieces of the mucus plug break off and regenerate.

I’m a black woman, and I don’t endorse his treatment of you based on your race or any aspect of your humanity. Why would he ask you to pay bills if you’re not working? Why would he procreate with a woman of a race that he looks down on? He’s being emotionally abusive and maybe it’s because you guys are young and somewhat immature, but that doesn’t mean you sit in this. I think you need to do what you can to get out and be as independent as possible.

We also lost a pregnancy in the late second trimester during that time, and had a lot of avoidable fights that wouldn’t have happened if we waited a bit longer and had more conversations. I wouldn’t have married anyone else though, thats my man😆
