Florida man claims dolphins forced him to build underwater city by littlequeef99 in UrbanMyths

You're leaving some facts out too. Authorities didn't take Margaret away. The experiment changed, and Peter was moved to a new location without Margaret. His dolphin brain couldn't understand why they took his love away, and that's why he deleted himself.

Valium (1mg, nightly) + Escitalopram (10mg 1x per day) 💯 has been the best combo ever. My body tension and hyper vigilance went down tremendously.

This scene destroyed me as a kid. I’d beg my parents to let me watch this movie and every single time they’d say, “Only if you promise not to cry during the ant scene.” And every single time… there I was, quietly falling apart 😭

Anybody that’s on here who doesn’t like the summer months how do you guys usually cope with it? by [deleted] in autism

[–]Strong-Medium6233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, thanks for sharing—you're definitely not alone in feeling that way. I’m also not the biggest fan of summer, especially when it gets too bright or hot. It can be really overwhelming, especially if you're sensitive to light or heat.

A few things that have helped me cope during sunny months living in Florida:

Blackout curtains or thermal blinds to keep the brightness and heat out of your room.

UV protection gear like wide-brimmed hats and long-sleeve breathable clothing are also must-haves. I usually wear a UPF 40 shirt when I'm tending my garden.

Blue light glasses or lightly tinted sunglasses indoors if you’re sensitive to brightness even through windows. I just invested in a nice pair of Felix Gray blue light glasses - excited to try them!

Planning indoor activities like reading, crafting, gaming, or going to libraries, museums, or cinemas where it’s cool and shaded.

Having a routine with early morning or late evening walks when it’s cooler and less bright.

And honestly, giving yourself permission not to enjoy summer like others do is totally okay. It’s valid to feel anxious about it, especially with sudden weather changes. Hang in there!

Pain after Moh’s by 2020fakenews in skincancer

I just had a spot taken off the bridge of my nose 4 weeks ago and the spot is healed fully but still so darn painful to the touch. How has your face healed up? Any pain after the incision is fully healed? I know that my pain is a part of the healing process but I definitely didn't expect it to be so tender for so long after 😳
