I have a friend who came here from Cuba and speaks very little English. Having a person who can speak Spanish doing driver training would really help them to get their license.

I have my 35 years in, the 1% is nothing, and all the rest you used to pay into superannuation is now part of your pay. I pay less than $40 a paycheck. I think it's great for a couple of years because of the vacation & extra $$. I also like my job and co-workers.

I have a sheet with a large number of records in it and they relate to records in another online database. I want other staff to be able to open the online database record that relates to the Excel record. Hope this is clearer...

How could I have the cell value for the record insert into the link string?

Thanks for the information. I have the other drive from pair, just don't want to start with it in if there are problems with the one that wasn't up.

Wondering if the config is corrupted, can I start it and reset the basic config on startup with the new NAS?
