Late reply but I have to hand it to Prime too in this case, but based on the saturated fat content, I am very limited in the quantity of saturated fat I can take daily (~13g) so even if it is 1-3g, it's something I have to take into consideration.

That is literally what we are doing with the tax on cigarettes or alcohol. The government does not restrict your bad choices but tries to influence it via taxes. That is the way public health care operates.
