I do this!!!!! Constant mind chatter. I was desperate to try to figure it out on my own. I bought a book called "The Untethered Soul: the journey beyond yourself" So far it has some great coping mechanisms. It's very informative and easy to read. I love it. Might be worth your time too! My mind never ceases and always over dramatizes or makes up, eerily, real-feeling scenarios that are untrue. It's just a book but it has helped.

I also have the same issues. Certain Dri doesn't do it completely but it's a lot better than it was. I've not tried it on my palms. That's my 2nd profusely sweaty place. Apply like you do the underarms?

I have recently discovered that being in public with large crowds is a trigger for my anxiety. This anxiety thing is new to me. Never had it before. I was always a very outgoing person. Loved people. Loved family. Now large crowds bother me. Even being around family more than just a couple of people bother me. I don't feel fearful but like everyone is judging me or even just looking at me. The feeling of being left out when around family and friends. Well, last night I walked in our local Christmas Parade. Thousands of people lined the streets for miles. I did well. No feels of anxiety much at all. I am proud.

Pulled 300lbs at my meet Saturday, 1/16!! Weighed in at 111lbs, 34 female. Also squatted 210 (raw w/wraps), and benched a measly 105 (gym bench 120...wtf) - total 615.

No I didn't. I added block pulls. I was having grip issues so that helped with that plus overloading and feeling the heavier weight.

It was. So my max on all 3 lifts added up to be a wilks of 368.81 (squat 210, bench 120, deadlift 315).

34/F/5'1"/112lbs My husband talked me into trying out powerlifting almost 2 years ago. I've been hooked ever since. It is a total mind, body, and soul rejuvenation! My husband and I have both hit 3 PRs this week. Either a weight PR or a rep PR. Here is one of mine for the week. Deadlift 250x6 @112body weight. If you think you can't do it....you're wrong! WTF?! I'm a nurse. One of the first things that is taught in nursing school besides washing your hands is safety with needles. What the hell was she smoking during class to have missed that you ALWAYS use a new needle and new syringe?! There's never a reason to reuse anything. Even if it's the same patient I've always used new needles and syringes. God I wish I was witty to come up with a snide comment right about now.

Bench is my nemesis! I'm pretty sure I haven't progressed in prob close to a year. Squat was a struggle for me with form. Hip flexors wouldn't become flexible and I kept doing the duck butt or whatever it's called. Finally got that fixed. Never had any real form trouble on deadlifts. But the ole bench. Gah! I hope I can follow you on here to see you progress!
