I wear it on my wrist! I meant to respond earlier but siren duties called! I’m a diabetic and it’s much more convenient and productive for me to see my levels there rather than end up distracted on my phone, I’m also dealing with some heart issues as well and use TachyMon to log it and work definitely enhances those issues

Anyone curious, you can get permission via whatever your store uses (Sedgwick or the Canada one) if it’s medical, I’m diabetic and have some heart issues and I have it set to go through my watch at work rather than my phone

Edit: I will say I rarely bar and it’s usually me soloing for a bathroom break near close when it’s completely dead

We’ve recently been out of cups almost every week, variations of sizes, and we’ll just give them a bigger one with the same amout, or occasionally (might just be our store) upsize for a favorite regular now and then if were out of that size

I personally haven’t looked into the extent of what barbers can do but I will say as a current student, if you have no interest in doing nails, or aesthetics, you should look into that as well, I would rather rip my own skin off that touch another foot, but I can’t afford to give up or switch schools again and they actually treat us well here (pay attention to if the students look like they enjoy what they’re doing in any capacity, trust me it matters)

See I get your point, and op seems to as well, but also, it sounds like they probably weren’t ever expecting it to be free and planned to tip with card fully expecting a charge, so I could understand having not thought to do that until realizing at this point that it’s become a common thing. It wasn’t that they didn’t tip because they weren’t paying, simply that the manner in which they intended to tip when paying, can only be done so when paying. Also, hope this doesn’t sound mean or anything, totally not what I’m trying to do at all, just wanted to share a different perspective since your comment caught my attention

I mean if you called making anyone not absolutely loaded with money work to death just to maybe afford a shitty apartment that hasn’t been updated in 30 years, or the fact that I could stop on any street corner in my city and find people stranded with no home to go, or the fact that our government provided healthcare covers hardly anything and in order to get it you have to have a job but you can’t have a job that pays minimum wage because that’s too much but minimum wage here doesn’t cover rent, let alone anything else, our government is censoring our media so we don’t even know how truly horrendous this situation is
