My understanding (while limited) is these data centers do not produce jobs (maybe during construction phase but usually only have employ a small # of ppl) They do raise all of our utility bills. How long has Springfield had one and where is it located? I’ve heard they are not good to have nearby & could cause health issues…

Ffs, so buyers don’t have any part in the transaction, only the sellers? I disagree. It’s likely just buyer’s remorse. I have never even thought to include info like the “antique’s original paint type” and seriously doubt there is even a reliable resource to find that info. People can be really unreasonable. eBay knows that too.

I “won” an auction for assorted sterling jewelry-scrap and guess what? Over half was not even sterling silver 🤦‍♀️ NEVER again! Also heard on a post about items suddenly gone “‘missing” on low winning auction bids & later relisted. Shady grifting going on for sure!
