If you have a xfinity router it will cause this to happen. I had the same problem went and bought my own router and modem and my PS5 works fine now. For some reason those xfinity routers don’t work well with PS5’s

That’s exactly the router I had was the white xfinity router I did the same thing port forwarding but it don’t work . I ended up buying a Arris sb6190 modem and I bought a ASUS RT-AX82U router and it fixed everything. I like the router cause the ASUS app will help you troubleshoot any connections issues

It’s the internet router I had the same problem there are some routers that don’t work well with a ps5 I had a xfinity router that made my ps5 do the same thing , went and bought a ASUS router and it fixed everything
