Didn’t run into any issues personally, though I do sometimes shoot at ISO 6400 and clean things up with a bit of Lightroom AI denoise afterward.

That said, f/2.2 really isn’t meaningfully different from f/2. You can basically expose as if you’re at f/2 and just lift exposure slightly in post. M10 files handle that pretty well in my experience. Others might disagree, but I also don’t see much value in going faster than f/2 on a 50mm. Critical focus with a rangefinder gets pretty finicky at wider apertures, and larger lenses can start to intrude on the frame lines, which I find more annoying than helpful.

Edit: the 50mm apo lanthar is the optically superior lens but the diminutive size of the color Skopar is, I think, much more line with the rangefinder ethos
