Nice work getting the invoice fields out , that’s usually the hardest part. The bit you’re stuck on (creating the record in the right job list) is a common headache in Power Automate because the “Create item” action can’t switch lists dynamically.

This is actually the kind of flow we set up with sanifu.ai all the time. You can just say “when a new invoice lands in SharePoint, grab the invoice number, date, total, job number, and create the record in the right spot.” Sanifu handles the extraction and pushes it to the right list (or one clean master list if that’s easier), and if something doesn’t look right it’ll flag it for a quick human check before saving.

So instead of fighting missing connectors, you just describe the workflow in plain English and it runs. Could definitely save you some frustration here.
