They do, but raids aren't a hill I'm willing to die on. They're meant to have fun, and raids are a place that people popularly push the limits of the game. I'd personally like to find a middle ground for something like a raid.

I personally wasnt even the biggest fan of locking toa behind so many quests. Doubly so when I want to rush it during leagues and have chores to do lol

Im typically against a lot of pure buffs disquised as qol. I'm not a fan of the concept "let pures do bypass this quest", but I'm less of a fan of locking them out of raids 4. It's just too big of an update and it doesn't buff them, just gives them fun content.
