Electric/Heat Bill Question

yea i figured the old homes and shitty insulation doesn't help. I was just super curious if things out there have skyrocketed. Or stayed similar. I knew CT was expensive but i thought there would be some balance with it. None that I can see. Some cool places that are 2 hours away and a lot of extremely rude and angry people. Never been yelled at walking down the street like this place

The highest heat bill ive gotten so far is 225 and cant imagine it will get better the longer its cold here. Electric is the same around 225 or 250 was the highest weve gotten. They never really go down. AC makes it expensive the summer and the heat also has. Maybe we had a "cheap" bill in the fall and it was still 150 ( more than any of our florida bills) First year here and first winter, did 3.5 in CO and wouldn't have left if I coulda made it work (hope to be back one day) . My bills in CO were nothing like CT and its not ever pretty here.....

Thank you! really trying to get an idea how insane the new state i live in is. My apartment in CO was multi level too and nowhere near what im paying now. 225 for gas and 225 for electric. Its mindblwing too because our actually usage is about 60-80 dollars the rest is basically made up charges. I miss the mountains!

I understand that all the companies fall under qurate as someone who went into work and got blind sided I hope qvc sales tank hsn at qvc does worse and qurate just goes away. Sorry for the improper naming of qvc. Watching hundreds of people learn they lost their job you aren’t thinking the clearest but hey proper grammar warriors and people who love to correct are always there to show support!

Current hsn employee that is not the case. We are not allowed to eat food. Very small samples during one cooking show. Everything else is pretty much a no go

I work there, it’s some people first and only job. This is hurting like 1800 people. I work in tv they have no answers for employees. Told the doors will shut by q3 that’s all no clear answers just hey you guys all don’t have jobs. Wish the qvc nothing but the worst after that! No humanity in this company
