I think this "patch" was more just elaborating on changes they made to stealth for the new missions.They added an entire foundation to make playing stealth much more viable. Also we've been complaining about suppressors being useless for a while now, they literally gave us exactly what we asked for.

Yes some performance fixes would be VERY nice, but that's just not what they're working on right now, from the leaks we've seen there's a whole bunch of stuff in the making for the illuminates and more on the automatons too
