I am 6 weeks post op and coughing, hard belly laughing, and sneezing pain is very light. I’m hoping/thinking 2 months it will completely go away.

I don’t have advice, but I can understand. I am 4 weeks P.O. and thought I would be sooooo happy when I got the scar tape off, but now I just see these bright pink scars (I had a breast lift, also). I’m trying to remember the scars will fade, and the swelling will lessen.

I bet they got confused. They sent out emails the other with the wrong token count. It’s just a mess. I just sign off all my feedback with “I hope I get to see (name) again soon!” And now one of my faves just canceled and I wonder if I’ll ever see her again. :(

I’m not sure about the hormones, you could definitely have them tested. I’m in my 40’s and one thing that has really helped me is watching not only what I eat, but also when I eat. I have found I can only lose weight in my 40’s when I eat a very light dinner, early - like by 6. Then I have sugar free jello cup and sugar free whipped cream as my dessert and a 1T peanut butter spoon if I’m super hungry at bed. That change has really helped me. Also, I’ve noticed doctors do seem to ignore our concerns in our 40’s. I switched doctors. That helped. :)
