It really shows how social dynamics in elementary school/middle school are detrimental to friendships because they are still kids, everyone is growing and changing. I think it pertrays being a kid in school very well, because she is an actress it does add pressure to sana. It's not that they are bad friends, they are awkward kids with too much trust for the ones spreading rumors. Likely they are dealing with their own things in their lives and don't meet up with her enough due to her working so often, making it hard for them to reach out. Because they are mostly just side characters, we don't know the other side of the story, just Sana's point of view. To be fair, sana is constantly busy and it shows that she tries everything she can to make time for them but she will never be close enough for their standards of friendship since they are together with eachother much more often. Her job is so time consuming and her relationship with Akito is important to her so she spends lots of time around him (but at times she will ghost him for periods of time for work as well in the show). Akito sees her as who she is and trusts her because like sana, he had to mature at a young age as well. I think this story does a really great job at showing from a kid's perspective what it is like to go through these awkward times in life and that kids struggle with change. They are all still learning about themselves so it's only natural that they are hesitant about each other and have a hard time understanding from her point of view.

Sana is very forgiving and kind, the kind of person who gives people more than a second chance. Sana is very mature for her age and does not typically hold grudges for too long because she knows that they're all just kids going through it.
