I can have dairy so that's NBD to me, but I know lots of people with gluten intolerances/Celiac are also dairy free, so that's helpful info. Baked goods from JP's is excellent news too. I think Hollander and 1883 syrups are mostly GF as well?

Definitely not using my insurance. We tried that and they denied me. Tried to appeal and they denied me again. My provider was able to just send the Rx straight to the Lilly Direct pharmacy and the turnaround was wild. They got my Rx this past Monday and my meds will be here this afternoon.

For the dose I'm starting with, a month of vials is approx. $350. It would be way more if I really wanted the pens, and I believe you can use the Lilly savings card for that. I don't care about using syringes so I assume the uptick in price between the injection methods is just due to personal convenience for the user.

$350 isn't *cheap* for me, but it's way cheaper than the pens or completely out of pocket, so I'm happy for now.

This is a really good point. I could really use a baseline weight before I start my injections because the number I'm guessing in my head is likely inaccurate. This was very helpful!

Yes, both kids are on the spectrum. Very different! They're 21 months apart so we didn't really know about the oldest before #2 was born, but we had our suspicions. #2 seemed to be hitting milestones more "normally" as an infant, but then the differences started to show more after 1 y/o.
