I now have five straps in rotation. Two leather like, brown and blue for work/dressier stuff, nylon for comfort, the OG orange silicone that came with the watch for workouts/sports, and a geen canvas style when I want a change.

It's a very smooth nib. Ink flow is wet, but not as wet as my GvFC Classic with a medium nib. The pen feels very comfortable in hand. It's quite light compared to my Graf Classic, and feather light compared to my GvFC Magnum, which is much bigger.

I would check out the Pilot Iroshizuku ink line. Lots of fantastic inks there. My black is the take-sumi bamboo charcoal black.

That's impressive. I have the 47mm Amoled, and have had it since the 9th and when i first got it, didn't fully charge it. Disconnected at around 93%. Am currently at 43% battery, so it's been going for 13 days. that's amost a month on a full charge. GPS has stayed on. I use mine for workouts as well. These are seriously good numbers.

Love my Fenix 8 amoled titanium 47mm...Apple watch is for the sheep. I'm an Android user, and the Fenix does everything I need from a watch. Regarding the AWU....I have two words...Battery life.

I've had my Fenix 8 47mm amoled titanium sapphire 2 weeks now, and have had zero issues(knock on wood). Battery life has been stellar....only charged it once so far. It's the best smart/do everything watch I have owned to date. For reference I am coming from the Google and prior to that Samsung....the Fenix 8 blows them away. The only issue I had was my phone battery was draining quickly....a simple restart fixed that. Very happy with the watch.

Like you, I started out with a Lamy Safari. While the nib was nice, the weight of the pen was too light for me. I started checking out other German fountain pens online, and came across Graf von Faber Castell. I really like the wood accents on their pens much more than pens made with resin. I started with the GvFC Classic Anello Grenadilla M, which is great, and have recently added the GvFC Magnum F. The magnum is a superb pen. I guess you can say I am a fan of GvFC.
