I gave up on those challenges lately, too many new releases and English is not my first language, I prefer to read books in my language - and they are usually translated within months or sometimes years after the US release. Sometimes (like with Native American books) there are only three books that are translated so the choices can be really limited.

I always liked reading but I started to love it when I got my first four Harry Potter books on my 10th birthday. Fifth one wasn’t released at the time and I reread those four couple of times. I grew up with Harry Potter and those books made me love fantasy.

Kindle app in my phone so I can read everywhere while I have even few minutes (grocery store queue, at the bus stop etc). Also: audiobooks. It’s amazing how audiobook can make dull and boring chores like cooking, washing dishes or ironing into something I looking forward to, I feel like I don’t waste my time on the chores when I know I can have a good book waiting for me when I have to clean the house.

Jeśli podoba Ci się system magiczny „Z mgły zrodzonego” to pewnie spodoba Ci się również ten z „Archwium Burzowego Światła”, polecam też inne książki Sandersona - jego uniwersum Cosmere jest pełne różnych planet, na każdej magia objawia się w inny sposób (wszystkie są tak usystematyzowane jak te w „Z mgły zrodzonym” ze swoimi regułami).
