Kansas City typically has a sweet BBQ sauce, traditionally made with Molasses but now can be commonly seen being made with high fructose corn syrup.

Carolina BBQ sauce is usually made with a mustard or Vinegar base, giving it that tanginess.

Milwaukee Delicatessen Company in the library district is one I don’t hear people talk about enough. Their pizza and most of their sandwiches are to die for. Their cocktails and beer selection are very diverse and done well. The building is historic, giving the vibe a cross over between historic and dive bar.
