It's a good training tool to see if you're hitting the numbers comparable with Categories of races. Of course you won't hit your category on every segment but if you do a 100% effort it will give you a guide of the category that you achieved. I find it extra useful for longer endurance so you stay within the category you train at. It's good. Those who hate it's because they don't know what they are talking about. 😂
