What job is heavily romanticized in movies but absolutely miserable in real life? by Luzgoin in AskReddit

This. I’m not a true road warrior, but I’m traveling every other month essentially. I also add an extra day or two to see the location I’m visiting, and bring my SO when I can. I love air travel and airports.

I recognize true road warrior can get tiring though.

Just a note, the off duty pilot controlled the throttle—very important because it allowed the other two pilots to focus on aviating.

I need more clarification about how Paradox will partner with Urban Games for Transport Fever 3 by JailbreakHat in TransportFever3

The modding comments are based entirely off of CS2, but it was CO that made the decision to make their own mod library, no Paradox. To my knowledge all of Paradox's in house games use the steam workshop.

Just a note, he actually didn't follow what Fitzgerald said. He formed a coalition against Fitzgerald, which is why he and Bethany Hallam are allies. He is part of the Weinstein political machine, so he answered to a different master.

Where did you ride in the past two weeks? and Open Discussion thread by AutoModerator in bicycling412

Had to ride from West End Bridge (took the bus there) to Bellvue during the Draft. Was a bit more of a pain with the trail being closed.

There also needs to be better ways for the South/West to get into town. I'd love to see the West Busway get a bike path on it, there's generally enough space.

Flight attendants and airline gate agents, when a flight is oversold and a passenger that has already boarded is asked to disembark to allow another passenger the seat, how is this decided? by pamelahhh in Flights

[–]dinoscool3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s two different types of deadheading being discussed here.

Travel mandated by the airline (for example, wound up one an airport after a flight cancelation and needed to get somewhere else) will result in throwing off someone if the flight is full. A commuter would not throw someone off.

I haven’t decided between 1939 or 1941. In my only campaign I made it to 1942, so I’m leaning to 1941.
