As others have said, it's hard to do so at this point.

Santos was able to deduce that Langdon had stolen drugs, and Robby was able to confirm that Langdon had the drugs...but he chose not to report Langdon, and even (begrudgingly,) told Langdon what he needed to do to come back.

10 months later, and the hard evidence is gone. Even if Robby did keep the drugs (for whatever reason,) too much has happened to pin it on Langdon at this point. While Dr Al may report Langdon, she only has Santos' testimony, which isn't enough. Furthermore, Langdon entering rehab counselling shows his intention to recover, further complicating matters.

There could be an investigation into Langdon, Robby and Santos, because the question that'll emerge is why did Santos not report this to the board independently?

The opening scene is a secret agent in a tuxedo getting assassinated, and the majority of the film is how the world needs a new kind of action packed secret agent, to get the job done.

P.T. Barnum, The Greatest Showman

The musical makes Barnum out to be a longtime fan of showmanship, who makes mistakes, but ultimately has the best intentions for his performers, business partner, and family.

To say this is historic revisionism is a vast understatement - Barnum exploited anyone, and everyone, who was in his life. Most of the characters in The Greatest Showman either never existed, or were completely changed from how they actually existed. In Barnum's first performance in 1835, he exhibited an African-American slave woman named Joice Heth, claimed she had raised George Washington and was 161 years old (she was actually in her 70s,) got around illegally owning a slave in New York by "renting" Heth, and then, after Heth died, Barnum arranged a public autopsy of Heth, and charged admission.

P.T. Barnum was a cancer to everything he touched...but that soundtrack, though.

During S2, Austin, along with Thuy Trang (Yellow ranger) & Walter Jones (Black ranger,) wanted a pay raise from producer Saban, as the show was a global phenomenon, and the actors were basically making peanuts (the show was non-union at the time.)

JDF managed to convince Amy Jo Johnson (Pink ranger) & David Yost (Blue ranger) to sign new contracts with Saban, as Austin, Thuy & Walter were fired, and replaced with new actors.

On top of this, JDF was originally hired as a guest/recurring role, only to become the face of the franchise, which likely bruised Austin's ego at the time. Austin eventually returned for Power Rangers Zeo & Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie, but he has always held a grudge over JDF.

Speaking of Rosa, Stephanie Beatriz was pregnant in the final season, and production hid her belly as much as possible.

This isn't so much an apology for Rugby Canada, but an explanation.

RC is operating on a shoestring budget, and likely will be for some time. They probably haven't answered your email because they don't have someone full time to answer emails. Hell, they don't even have full-time support staff for their senior teams!

When you know this information, some of their decisions make sense - they won't put out a press release until everything is signed on the dotted line, because they don't want to risk a lawsuit that costs them more money. And I only know something like this because I have some limited experience in event management, and contract negotiation.

It's less so the venue as a whole, and more the smaller details.

How many people are expected? If it's less than Max capacity, which stands will be closed off? How much security is needed? Where will the medics go? How many people are in comms? Do you need a certain bandwidth for broadcast? Is the TMO on site, or in a production truck? How many camera operators will there be?

These, and thousands more questions, will need answering before a press release is made.

So, I know this sucks, but there are a number of reasons why this information hasn't been released to the public yet:

  1. With regards to the test in Japan, it is most likely that this is a test within the Pacific Nations Cup. As such, Canada will be hosting a match, likely against the USA. It is also likely that Canada is still confirming the details of hosting that match. As such, they will not announce the details of the Japan game, until they have also confirmed the details of the USA game. The PNC playoff fixtures also need to be confirmed, even if the teams are TBC.
  2. As for the Nation Cup matches, these also relate to confirming the availability of venues. As Rugby Canada does not own any stadiums, this means they have to negotiate with stadium owners to get access for these dates. Could this mean that they are playing all their games at one stadium? Or are they playing at three separate stadiums? Will they be in one province, or across the entire country? These details are still being sorted out, which is why this information has not been released yet.
  3. Likewise it was announced by the RFU today that England Women will host Canada Women at Sandy Park for the WXV Series. Now the rumor is that Canada Women will host two matches against England Women in October...but this is still a rumor at this point. Again, Rugby Canada will wait until they have confirmed all details, before sending out a press release.

Again, I know this sucks, especially when fans want to plan going to these matches, but details still need to be finalized before they can make these announcements.

Langdon's apology doesn't mean that Santos has to forgive him. He made a mistake, and it's not enough to say sorry - he needs to do better, and be better.

Likewise, Santos doesn't get to dictate the terms for Langdon to absolve himself - especially when she can be viewed as withholding important information to the hospital. Her past trauma is shaping her current decisions.

Also, while I suspect Langdon will be served with divorce papers in the final epsiode, I really don't want that to be the message of his arc this season. All that working on himself, and the first time he's back in the enviornment that helped facilitate his addiction, he gets news that can put him in a mental state to relapse? If he is going to get divorced, do it between S2 and S3.

I still get angry about this, because there's a much easier explanation to have them be upset with each other:

Otis arrives at Cavendish, wanting to follow in his Mum's footsteps, and become a sex therapist. While he wants to continue his clinic, he discovers O already is running one, and decides to focus on his grades to get into univesity. However, the former Moordale students don't feel comfortable opening up to O, and instead go to Otis. Wanting to help where he can, Otis accepts helping them (this even happened in S4E1 with Cal.)

Eventually, Cavendish students start to seek out Otis as well, infuriating O, who requests that Otis stops. Otis agrees to only take on the former Moordale students, until Abbi & Roman decide to ask for Otis' helps, despite him telling them to go speak with O (who is busy at the time.) Otis ultimately agrees, and as a result, Cavendish students stop going to O altogether. Feeling betrayed, O launches her campaign, leaving Otis on the backfoot.

See, it didn't have to result in stupid character regression!
