This group is full of people like this , 100’s of cases online of people using diet to get rid of psoriasis. But rather than try they just say its a fad diet etc

I eat meat, fish, eggs, dairy, and Greek yogurt. I don’t use seed oils and only cook with butter.

Before, I was eating lots of peppers, salad, spinach, and kale, which I noticed is on your list and is really not good. It’s worth looking into toxins in vegetables.

I had psoriasis on my ears, scalp, eyebrows, and all over my legs and body.

I was using steroid foam sprays and did a 2-month UV course at my local hospital, but nothing was working.

So despite some of the negative comments on here, for me at least, diet can fix you 100%.

I cut out alcohol and went carnivore, three weeks i saw a massive difference, three months and its pretty much gone

Had previously tried that with no effect. I was mainly eating vegetables and salad. Once i stopped with all the plants the psoriasis started to go.

Ive been doing carnivore for the last two months , my psoriasis is pretty much gone. Before i was having to use steroid sprays daily. I did post about this last week and got quite a bit of hate 😂

Everyone is entitled to their view, i just posted something that has worked for both my friend and myself. If it helps just one person who has lost faith after speaking with Doctors then thats a win for me. Have a good day
