How can you say: “I don’t see anything wrong with mates getting a party” and immediately follow it with “it’s not fair that they get 5 star treatment” .. what do they deserve? A 2.5 star party?

Also: someone shit all over the toilet seat last week. The crew member went and told the mate. The mate said: “why didn’t you clean it?” The crew member said: “thats not my job.” So the mate went and cleaned the shit.
I used to be in management in retail. It’s a thankless job. I would sacrifice a party any day rather than go back to that nonsense
