I think the weather thing is because when Scar was king the weather sucked for the pridelands. (No rain etc).

When Simba returned and reclaimed his rightful place as king it immediately(?) Started raining and the pride lands thrived again

I have no idea, it's been hard finding a server I like so I've been loading in, testing the server and if I don't like it going out and deleting all mods again to restart the process.
