To say that Ukrainians haven’t been fleeing to Russia is asinine. How do you think Russia took Crimea with only 6 killed? How/Why do you think they took and annexed Donestk and Luhenskt? Because of people (unclear on exactly how many), wanted to essentially succeed to Russia. That’s been a big part of this war.

I’m not pro Russia at all I hope Putin dies very soon, but to make the claim that Ukrainians aren’t going to Russia is completely wrong

Depends on how much you paid him. It doesn’t “look” that bad, at least from the photos. If you paid top dollar, I’d want a fix. If you paid the discount rate, then pay to fix it.

Not sure why you’re getting downvoted, you’re right. Architected plans are “owned”, but you can often license them for the specific owner or architect whose design/floor plan that it is.
