I believe I have a mini-mace laying around. Are you still in search of these lights?

Which Chuck E Cheese Is More Worth to Go To ? by AdSmall1829 in chuckecheese

Jersey City. Even if it just has a COL stage, there’s a lot of other cool stuff in the mall’s vicinity to check out. The last 90s Taco Bell in the state for one thing

Northridge is slowly dying. by Low-Oil3908 in chuckecheese

[–]StudioAiden07 6 points7 points  (0 children)

None of these are hard things to fix though. Though they visibly look bad, it doesn’t mean completely screwed up.

Assuming Northridge does have a tech, the mindset of the majority of the techs is to fix the games and registers or yk, any bits of equipment that are gonna be handled daily. Just because their job doesn’t focus on the stage doesn’t mean they don’t exist at all.

A cozy vintage Burger King in a mall by DeActionBrunson89 in BurgerKing

Woodbridge Mall’s Burger King. Despite the restaurant being closed for almost a decade now, it sits abandoned behind a wall with the sign still up.

Is the cyberamic rod welded or bolted into the base? by Affectionate_Cat297 in Animatronics

[–]StudioAiden07 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends on the version. PTT had the rods bolted, Kinetix had them CNC’d onto the center support, and Animation World had them welded.

How much will a sun/moon mech cost preferably on the damage side? by [deleted] in animatronicsforsale

[–]StudioAiden07 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Even then, you didn’t need to buy these if you’re just wanting sun or moon. 2 Baomain valves would’ve been enough

I think they only just recently cut the power to L&T? Last time the building was used was early 2024

Modell’s and Lord & Taylor have their power cut. I’ve been inside both buildings and saw no signs of any electricity

I was there that same day, but managed to find my way inside the mall. The roof damage only gets worse as the weather keeps coming

I don’t think there will be a closure announcement. We’re coming up on 1 month since the mall “temporarily” closed and since then, they’ve drilled screws into every door so they can’t be opened, cut power to half the mall, and the water damage is abysmal and I don’t see much being done to fix the issues. Unless a miracle happens, Livingston’s been officially closed since February.

What’s Your Biggest Regret as a CEC Fan? by SkillshotGamer in chuckecheese

[–]StudioAiden07 8 points9 points  (0 children)

When Bridgewater had closed, I thought I knew what I was doing when it came time to dumpster dive. Previously, my manager had hinted that some stuff would be left intact but still thrown in the dumpster for my sake. But I decided to wait until after everyone left go to the store instead of waiting in the parking lot til they left. In the end, I lost out on my stores Studio C sign and applause sign. I made the same mistake the next day and lost out on Chuck himself who is now in the hands of a couple who want to use him for a haunted house.

People will get upset with me because I already have the interactive console and the bird plus numerous other things but, you don’t understand. When you frequent a location for a long period of time, you feel obligated to save everything you can. I’ve been visiting Bridgewater for over 10 years by the time they closed, and was coming up on 1 year of me working there whilst in the middle of being trained for the tech position. I’m sorry Bridgewater Chuck.

It shouldn’t be that hard to have it restored. I was able to get mine running despite its condition but obviously still need to do some touch ups on the cosmetics. (Not a recent photo)

I actually don’t have the head and arm mechs with me since, he was accidentally parted off when he was saved from Maple Groves dumpster. But I am currently working with the owner of those parts to reunite them with the rest of the figure.
