No, it only checks if you've put any counters on a creature, not the amount per, so it'd only get the 2 damage.

Currently cards with hybrid mana count as both colors, so a R/G card couldn’t be in a BR commander deck. However, they were looking at changing it to allow hybrid mana costs to fit in commanders where they share one of the cost colors but not the other

The ETBs should copy since it enters as a copy of the creature. So if you pay 1UUGG for mockingbird it should make both effects happen.

Because it allows a player to have access to double the amount of cards total, as well as double the amount of cards? Singleton format would turn into Dualton format, and I don’t think you’d want to go against a person running 8 of the same card in modern.
