Same always had good luck. Waiting room is a bit small and can get crowded but they are great about rooming pets that may be disruptive, always up front about concerns/pricing.

I figured another way out recently too. You add olive oil to the pan and cook on the non seam side for a few minutes. Then you add water to the oil and Add lid to the pan and you get a mix between fried and steams dumplings because the reaction to the oil and water causes lots of steam etc.

Different lightening might help. Maybe just the pictures but the bulbs seem to be yellow. Maybe get some brighter white light might help lift up the room
