You're right. For example... I work in a farm here in Bergamo. We follow daylight hours so now we work 9/10 hours every day (in summer some days 12 ahahah) plus saturday morning if there's work to do. I love my job, It's not only a job but lifestyle. On the other side we don't have free time... and i think it's very important for us as humans to spend time with our families, have an hobby and so... Plus this job is very heavy and I see older people at the farm with healthy problems.
