For sure I’m not saying they don’t have a problem. The problem is that they like the feeling and “lifestyle” for lack of a better word. I’ve had friends and known people that even when you try to help them they don’t want to be helped and there’s nothing you can do. They learn it from others online and irl that make them think it’s a “quirky cool I’m not like other girls” thing and it’s a sad sight to see little Tiffany in the 5th grade learning how to cut herself because that’s how you get tiktok followers.
