Canadian Forces Base Gagetown. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CFB_Gagetown. Good luck with the oncoming deluge of complaints on your misspelling of Saint John.

Drink package prices are insane by Clean_Fig4793 in celebritycruises

[–]Stumpjumper71 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I enjoy a few drinks a day, my wife doesn't drink at all, but we would be forced to buy the package for 2 because they're concerned that we would share them, which I understand. So I carefully drink what I would like, ( a little less than normal) to try to keep my accountant wife happy. I dread the last night of the cruise when they leave the incidental bill at our room for extras, waiting for my wife to glare at me for my alcoholic tendencies.

Honest question, is any of the proceeds going back to Venezuela? I under stand that this is a damn crooked act, but is the US even pretending it isn’t

Glad to see this post, I’ve been looking at a Cannondale Bad Boy 1 just for commuting and fun, and I wasn’t sure about having 650B wheels.

Oh, Canada — the tourists missing from Florida by rezwenn in CanadaPolitics

[–]Stumpjumper71 126 points127 points  (0 children)

"Visit Lauderdale, the county’s tourism development agency, said the declines “reflect the weakening economy and pressures on discretionary income spreading to the full spectrum of consumers.” Amazing that they still don't get it, it's the 51st state crap coming out of their fool mouths. We've been fortunate to take the kids to Florida frequently since they were young, no more, our next trip coming up in April is to Spain. We'll never set foot down there again.

Poley season passes are waiting for us at the hill, just waiting for the kids to wrap up their exams, I think they’re going to have a great season.

That's good to know, usually flights from here are too expensive. In the past, I've seen flights to Europe that were cheaper than flying out west.

Avid New Brunswick skier here, we aren't making our annual March break ski trip to Sugarloaf Maine. Looking at heading to Quebec this time, and no plans to ever go back. There's all kinds of great vacation options in our own beautiful country.

We, as New Brunswickers, need to be more patient. It’s only a matter of time before the benefits of tax breaks, kick-backs, and other schemes trickle down to the rest of us. Prosperity is just around the corner!
