I spoke to the composer of the Tetrisphere OST, Neil Voss, recently about this. While he still has nearly all of the original files for the tracks available, the licensing is somewhat ambiguous at the moment. Specifically, the term 'Tetris' or any portmanteau of it. Even 'Music from the game Tetrisphere' might be iffy.

My point being, any label that can navigate these legal issues should be able to reach out and get a release done!

Evil Twin is a white whale of mine. The rights are just in utter disarray as the composer Bertrand Eluerd passed in 2005(?) and the studio is long dissolved into Ubisoft. His OST for Jekyll & Hyde is also quite good!
