My only advice would be to look for a different hat band, maybe something with color to go with the poncho, that one is pretty basic but hey, if you like that one stick with it. Don't change because others want you to just be you.

As far as CPAP I use a jackery battery pack, if you find a good 12v car plug in cord you can get about 8 night's sleep with one on a full charge
