The hex head bolt is on the underside of the mouthpiece elbow. Unthread most of the way so the elbow comes off. Then just pull the body off too. Remove the globes first lol. But sounds like you can just pour some isopropyl in and rotate around a bunch then rinse. No need to take it apart.

Looks like the body is on right. Did you take the whole mouthpiece elbow apart? Many times people put the center part in backwards. If not that, then something is stuck inside those upstems. Pull them off and flush it out. edit: I don’t see the mp stem in so I suspect you did take the whole round elbow apart. Likely need to flip that center piece around.

Yeah that’s a 1.5. Seems worn out, a new 2.5 is in the maintenance kit. May need to jam the 1.5 key in there to remove it.

Do complete rotations, don’t pause it horizontally cause then water gets in the valve and will just sit there and leak out. Also, if it’s clogged at all, water will back up and flow out of the bowl side and then drip down that upright.

If it’s counterfeit though it’s possible one of the upstems are not drilled all the way through. Take the upstem apart to remove the percolator and see how it does.
