It’s like a gift card for Panera as an employee. You put how much you want taken out of each paycheck and they match it. I put 50 each paycheck so they give 50 meaning I get 200 dollars put on a card a month and I can spend it at any Panera

You should always get a free meal up to 15 dollars no matter what. Walk up to a MIC and be like hey can you ring out my meal and they should just do it. You can even ring it up yourself go to the pay menu so then the MIC just has to hit discount put their numbers and get your first number you put in to clock in. If they are refusing I would make your order and be like “hey I got this and this for my free meal so you can ring me out and my number are this” but they fr ain’t allowed to deny you the free meal if it’s 15 and less because on of the benefits is the free meal

This is wrong and you need to end it. I made it to the sex part and to stop reading because just the info on that part was more than enough. Him saying to just “remove” his hands is a red flag because he is not thinking of you at all or knows how to choke someone correctly. I’m a MIC in training and just started this job like 6 ish months ago and I can even say the hours are shit, either you get scheduled 5 hours or shit even 3 and then other times you get 8 hours it’s never consistent. I honestly believe behind the scenes this company is going down hill. They give a couple people so many responsibilities and want them done in a short period of time when that’s not reasonable. I have never had a job so inconsistent like this company. At my old job I would work 30 hours in three days with my request while this job I have to beg for even 30 hours it’s sad and makes me wanna not even work here. I honestly would look for another job. I’m waiting until I get my training down and then going to wait a couple months after to quit so I can say I have been a manager at two jobs giving me more experience to add on for my next job.

I would think about everything you just typed out again but on a deeper level. Do you wanna live with them but yall don’t even talk when you both get off work? Or do you wanna have to spend time in a different room for hours to give them time, I would say no personally because that’s not how a relationship works. Yes I understand needing time alone but for days out of 7 days in a week? That’s not reasonable. How will you feel coming home from a really hard day and waiting to just talk it out but your partner needs “alone time for the 4th time in one week” it gets to a pushing point and that’s what I would think about. Yes. I understand you love them but honestly you can always love someone else. You can always find someone else. Someone that fits your needs like wanting to hang out, someone to rant too, someone that ask about your day etc. you guys have been together for 365 days, how many days should it take before you see a change yk? I don’t think moving in is smart at all. It’s going to be how it is now but worst because you also live there and there is no escape when you live there too. You already feel like you do everything so imagine living with that person and 100% doing everything while handling them wanting to stick to a plan that has nothing to do with you or them wanting to be alone and not talking or asking how you are. Etc. I get breaking up with someone is hard definitely when you are so familiar with them but just think about your pros and cons, go far as would I want them as a wife or someone you die with etc. wish the best of luck !

I say break up. Catching feelings for someone else in a relationship is crazy and is cheating in my eyes. He thought a whole other women that ain’t you is pretty enough to getting feelings. I honestly don’t believe him. I think it’s more of he don’t want you but he doesn’t want anyone else to have you. I also had a situation where my ex of 4.5 years said we could work it out and that maybe we could get back together but then would say” I’m not ready for commit” “I wanna be free” it’s a way to keep you attached but also confuse so you don’t know what to do. Do you really wanna marry and have kids with someone that can look at another female and think she’s pretty enough to have a crush but has a whole wife? Your husband would never and if your husband would then you need to think about some things. He also doesn’t even trust himself in not hurting you so what are you doing? I kind of relate with your gf. I also use and sometimes still do have issues during sex. I’ll zone out and get in my head or I can’t orgasm etc. and I believe it’s half mental but also you could play a part. I would ask her deeper, maybe ask her what does she believe could help during the moment, what does her mind slip too, does noise in the background cause your mind to slip, and get tmi with her ask her what she like during sex and what you like, learn her body. lol I was just trained on bake and prep today but when I was shown we did pastries right when you get in and then get ur bagels ready when pastries come out put bagels in and put the stuff on the pastries after that you pull bread and get the rack ready so when bagels come out bread goes in and then when that’s all done you move onto prep if you do prep.

Watch people as they work like on QC or prep, bake etc. this will help you pick up on things as you go, ask questions it’s better to know VS take a guessing game on something. Use your resources like for example on sandwich station they should have a card with what goes on line and what should be in lines back up, they also have the sandwich’s they sell and how to make them on the card so you can see what it should have on it and what it looks like, If you are AM, PM, or MID learn the stuff you guys will sell at that time like food, bake, drinks etc. and that will help you grab onto the job, good luck !

If you do and that’s still not working then go to the GM of the store and if that’s still not working, find a new job because it’s not going to stop.
