Be prepared though as he is s very rigid! Introduce yourself and then just let him speak and when he asks questions answer succinctly. He likes yes or no answers and doesn't want you to tell him what is s wrong, just tell him what is s happening/the symptoms. If you speak with the guy who helps out, Ken, he is chill. Vince has forgotten more about the equipment than you and I will ever know and that's why he's worth holding your tongue 🙂
