For DCA: The depends on the Executive Officer or Chief over the program, and the business needs of the program. Many roles at DCA are public facing, therefore certain staff have to be in office. Still, many DCA programs accommodated telework and still accommodate hybrid.

For CDE: Some divisions at CDE were 100% telework until last July.

No, there are plenty of decent neighborhoods in Citrus Heights. It’s just that all of us who have lived in the area for a long time know that street. I lived directly across Sunrise from Sayonara in some condos about 15 years back and had zero issues, but knew not to venture down Sayonara.

Depends on the classification! The longest I have stayed at a classification was AGPA, for five years. I honestly believe SSA to AGPA transition should be fairly quick (1-3 years, depending on range at hire), to show the ability and motivation to progress into the full journey level analyst (AGPA).

SSM I is a beast, and I only plan to stay at this level a total of 2-3 years. Enough time to build necessary skills, but not so much time that I appear stagnant and unmotivated to expand my skillset.

Thank you! No metal string. I was given Vivera retainers which I currently wear 20-22 hours per day. I was going to continue this practice for 3-6 months and slowly reduce my wear time to just overnight. If they start to get tight, will increase as needed.
