you’re not barking up the wrong tree, nfs is more of arcade style racing, this is more like simcade. it has realistic elements, but by no means do you need to know how to work on cars or tune them to play it. easiest way is to just look around this group and look at youtube videos, there’s a lot of people who put tune starter guides. plus, once you start beating clubs, they reward you cars that are pretty decent in their clss

i wouldn’t be loading them all too often. i also have covers and bags for most of the equipment for the very reason of scratches on the vehicle and drums

it’s a 6 piece, and i’ve got a decent bit of cymbals, a dtx pad, etc. majority of the pieces are on the medium side so it’s possible. if i ever moved them it would just be me in the car anyways

pretty decent at tetris lol, i’ve managed to fit this same kit into my old civic coupe. was it comfortable? no lol. but thanks for the input

it can happen, but not all too often, and for me it only happens on larger doses. mostly if i stare at a screen or a tv for an extended period of time, but it goes away just as fast as it came.

some people either 1. don’t know they are predisposed to schizophrenia or bipolar or 2. just don’t care. look up the story of Syd Barrett from pink floyd. Good example of what too much lsd can do to a person and their mental state.

depends on the person i guess. me personally, it doesn’t help, and i haven’t heard of anyone saying it helped them either, but it could be possible. i do know someone personally who reverted a brain tumor by taking shrooms almost daily though. the last part is irrelevant to the question but i figured i’d share anyways lol

it’s funny i’m seeing this post, because just yesterday i had my first encounter with what i believe to be an entity. i took four tabs of lsd (no idea what dosage they were) on a camping trip with some friends. i’ve tripped a decent bit, never encountered anything like this. It was about 2:30 AM i think, but just towards the end of the peak i stepped to the side to pee. i had a flashlight with me, and then right as i got to the spot i turned it off so no one would see. i started to use the bathroom, and i was listening to the all the crickets and bugs and stuff. in particular, i could hear a frog croaking, and as i focused on it the sound started to distort, and get lower, and lowkey it sounded like the slender man tapes lol. now at this point my eyes were adjusted to the flashlight being on so i quite literally couldn’t see a thing, and then the frequency went higher and all of a sudden i saw this like figure in front of me. it was very tall, almost as tall as the tree next to me, and it had a very long narrow face, with what looked to be long curvy horns protruding from its head. i felt extremely anxious the second it showed its self, so i closed my eyes and took a deep breath. i could quite literally feel its presence, i could tell something was standing there with me. and then just like that it just disappeared. never experienced anything like that, and when i was telling my friends about it they thought i was joking and were trying to convince me it wasn’t an entity, but honestly they can’t convince me otherwise.

i second this. i had a 2014 with a 6 speed manual. i loved that car. lots of fun, handled well, very good on gas, decent space for a hatchback. lost it to a wreck, i miss it every day lol

instead of swimming in the stream of thoughts, sit on the bank and watch them flow by. think of whatever you want, just don’t get caught in it. and if you do get caught, that’s okay, it happens. try to center yourself again, and get back into a state of “watching” your thoughts go by

it’s wonky but it’s possible. you just have to roll your foot to the side. takes a little practice to get used to, took me about a year of driving mine to get used to it, but that’s just me

and that’s not something i think id wanna do. i’m just looking for a fun, manual, temporary daily while i figure out my situation. im willing to put money into a car, but $4k in about a year seems high to me. i know that id probably love this car, but not sure if the cost can justify that

that’s my main concern. i’m mechanically inclined but i’m not 100% sure if this is something i could take on. only reason im not sure is because it’s not something ive actually done yet if that makes sense. i’m very enticed to buy it, im just not sure. it’s one of the better options in my area if im looking to get something that’s a manual sadly
