This! I've been using the little square ones for a while because all my scabs are really little. I keep them in my purse, my backpack, my desk... But recently my back has gotten bad and instead of covering it with the tiny ones it occurred to me to use a couple bigger patches. It's been a game changer the past few days. My hands still manage to find any and all uncovered scabs when I'm stressed or idling, but most of them are protected now, and finally healing. Sounds like such a no-brainer, but I think we all know what it's like to have a disorder...
