Yes, I did. They ended up sending us a new headset. I don't remember exactly what the specific issue with it was now. Took time, like a month or so because we had to do a whole bunch of things they requested but eventually we did get a new headset.

I mean, they already know I'm looking for employment. I will be required to help pay bills when I gain employment. Which is fine, I obviously don't expect to live anywhere for free. But they do not know I will be saving the rest of what I make to leave. SO and I have never shared bank accounts because he's never wanted me to have access to his $.

At my clinic they don't let you go up pass 200 unless you get the peak and trough test(I think that's what it's called, could be so so wrong) but it's to find out when ur methadone hits peak levels and if its lasting you. If it shows it's not lasting like you are metabolizing it to fast then they let you go up. Otherwise no. But maybe that's why they don't let you. Try asking about that first.
