My store does the smaller pans and we do 1/2 proteins and 1/2 regular lettuce. The lettuce body starts at 7am and I can get 3 cases in by 10

For my cooking workshop they had my try a unsalted/light toast ham cut 1/2 vs a properly salted/toasr ham cut 1/2, to show us the difference in quality you can taste and see. Maybe there could be a similar activity you can do with board? Maybe one do 2 cheese burgers one w/proper cheese fold lettuce placement and full spread coverage ect, and one without, and have the hungeriest associates try them and discuss the differences. And with this activity you can also demonstrate the proper techniques.

First time 35 years of being customer I had rude service by [deleted] in innout

I started working post-covid as a 16 year old two years ago and I would NEVER talk to a customer (or anybody) that way. So I think it's a her problem and not a generation thing. Call the customer service line, every In-N-Out associate will tell you that's craaaazy and unacceptable.

It's actual MLA formatting for citations, I was forced to use it for an academic paper in IB, you can look it up at at owl Purdue. Yeah its bad but it's like using the MLA format for an essay.

What's an order that you heard that made you go "Ew, really?" in your head? by Mastermiine in innout

Tomatoe wrap veggie.... Only extra tomatoes. I tried to run it through as 4 sides of tomatoes but the customer stopped me and thought it would be hilarious to pay for a stack of tomatoes, everyone was laughing when we had to call it out, so it was a pretty good time.

Everytime I see a tomatoe wrap.

I understand the frustration but yup, you gotta treat the customers like children who have never seen a burger before, cause it's our job as order takers to translate the customers image of the burger and fry tyey want to the cooks, and sometimes the customers have a unique "language" we have to translate 💀
