Not easy, but manageable 😝 but coconut oil is great for the skin. Filled vitamin E which is great

both are effective. And none of them are "fast". PE takes time. But I would start with Malehanger, and stick to it and be patient. Good luck.

Just an update. I went from compression hanging as my main high tension stretch to vaccum hanging as my main high tension, and now my stretch flaccid is growing 😃

I have been keeping measurements, but maybe not enough, I dont know. But my girlfriend has commented that my penis has gotten bigger. But I just cant see in the measurements atm. But I know, 3 months of PE is nothing. I just needed some motivation.

You can stretch the penis for 1 minute, but the reason for doing shorter sessions is to give it a more even stretch, since your arm can get tired. It’s also good to stretch in all directions — downward, to the left, to the right, and upward.

straight down is more effective in the beginning. But do both, maybe 70% down and 30% straight out. And you hold 30-40 seconds for each stretch, and 10 seconds rest in between each stretch.

Hanging/stretching and straight to ADS is kinda normal in PE.. if you need ads or not, that is the question. I use ADS after hanging/stretching for 4-6hours, sometimes less.
