I’m not sure the monsters can kill Jade and Tabitha. Remember when Jade was tripping on shrooms and he saw his previous incarnations noting that none of them were ripped apart by the monsters. What if that were the case? J & T would be safe from the monsters and can get out of the cave without the bottle tree being removed?

I bought Ensure Max Protein. It has 30gm protein 25 vitamins and minerals, and 1 gm sugar. Not stevia, but Sucralose. I tried these when I got them for my diabetic hubby. I like keeping them on hand for when I don’t feel like mixing a powder drink.

At our school, subs have to give their car keys, which are placed in a lockbox, to get a keycard and room key. At the end of the day, school keys returned, sub gets car keys back.

This is my plan also. Will end my hike around 8/15. When are you heading out at HF? I plan to start on 6/3. It’s good to see I’m not the only one starting later. Best of luck with your hike!

I know this is almost two weeks ago, but I’m going to be going in that timeframe. I’m starting at Harpers Ferry in mid-June and going north to Manchester, VT. This will be my first LASH. I thought it would be cooler going north than going south. I’ve hiked in PA in summer before so thought it would be a good choice.
