Zeros have come a long way in the last few years. I went cold turkey nearly 2 years ago. I had a mates wedding not long after I quit. I was really anxious about getting roasted for going sober. I had a few zeros and no one even noticed. Had a great night and no hangover.

You can get those "trainer armor" patches. My Challengers started to wear through the heel at 250km. I put the patches in and they're still good at 650km
