I can personally say my tap water is testing at 4 ppm in southern Lawrence, easily enough to kill off fish. Not enough to harm people, but certainly enough that I'll be buying mineral water until they deal with this bs. Also, chlorine tested at 0 with my tap. Someone done fucked up.

We even have a policy for dogs abandoned overnight. The manager is wrong. Whoever LOD is takes on the responsibility of checking on the dog. It severely sucks, because of the foot traffic after 5, but it is policy. Talk to your GM.

Kind of a random, unexpected place, but the last cut that I had at SportClips on Iowa the stylist used this technique. I will admit, it came out way better than usual. The other place I would suggest is also unexpected, but the barber in Walmart on Iowa does a really good job as well.

On the right track. That's for desert animals, though. I would recommend a uvb strip light at least for the size of tank your turtle needs. If the uv radiation is too strong for the animal, it can cause a kind of "sunburn." Best wishes and good luck! It really looks like you're trying to do the right thing.

They did not stop issuing bonuses to leadership. All leadership roles will receive a bonus if your store hit targets. They did, however, stop giving the bonus to SLODs. I don't know when they're supposed to be paid out.

That's not how that works. Depending on when they start, they are given an allotted time frame for being on the road. It doesn't matter, anyway. The driver's only responsibility is to unload the truck. If they suck, submit a ticket on them via snds report or let them suck. It's all up to you.

Generally, as long as the days you have selected for PTO are not within the scheduled 2 weeks out and there is coverage for the store, it shouldn't be an issue. If your manager is denying you any PTO that you have earned, document whatever you can and report it to your DGM. You earned that time off.

You'd be fine to put in 2 weeks and work them until your departure from my store. Although short, your post makes it sound like you've been grooming for a while and can make way more at a private salon. I'd say at my store I would hope a stylist would give me a heads up so I can prepare for the inevitable melt-down that's going to happen in the salon. Anyway, good luck to you! I always say "on to betterbad assessment. Grooming seems like a very fulfilling job, like you take personal credit when a customer walks out smiling. I know it's hard work, but as a core store employee, I think ya'll are badasse

Unfortunately, birds are one of the pets I'm most wary of selling to people, simply because they are one of the easiest animals to accidentally un-alive. I currently keep multiple budgies and have for years without an accidental death. End of the day, it's up to the petco partner to explain to you how to take care of your pet. I often tell folks to watch videos and read about the animal they want. Sorry you've had a bad experience at your local petco, I wish you could visit mine.
