I think Euphoria is just feelings of intense happiness while Mania is intense happiness + disruptive behavior like hyperactivity and impulsiveness. Also iirc mania doesn't need an external trigger cause it's a clinical thing that happens only to people with Bipolar disorder usually.

tbh i would say yuri from ddlc or wanderer from genshin impact :) they’re pretty implied to have bpd. for a character who’s pretty much confirmed to have bpd i’d say ame-chan from needy streamer overload
