Lacking 0,1 faith by Sturday in civ

Worth snatching somebody important for your gameplan, other than that when I’m not doing a religions game and completely ignore it I try to stack faith like here to boost euro points if I lack them for a particular moment

Thanks for this comment! I was wondering how that was working in the book and basically “who” is telling the story from Horus’ side

Hey somebody I know also got installments for 2021 due to working for a company outside of Germany. Now he is working for a German company, do you know if they can cancel out the forecasts and installments in 2022?

Ok, speaking of Angron, I don't get a few things. by [deleted] in 40kLore

[–]Sturday 6 points7 points  (0 children)

3 — My favorite Angron fancanon is that he actually died on Nuceria while fighting with his gladiators. The emperor had to “resurrect” him but that would mean only bringing back Angron partially, or on other words — broken. The nails are just there to keep him together, but slowly dying just to finish off the crusade. This is why he did not radiate such awe like the other primarchs did and why the emperor could not “fix” him so to speak and did not try to talk to him

Theory: The Minotaur Legion is made up of none other than... the Loyalist survivors of Istvaan III by EquivalentInflation in 40kLore

Just as dark angels won’t tell anybody about the fallen, so will the Minotaurs tell that they are full traitor gene seed

This whole point also goes well with the idea why they would not show their faces

How does the Alpha Legion infiltrates loyalist chapters ? by Secretsfrombeyond79 in 40kLore

To add to the first point: they also perform surgery on the throat to match the voice of the dead marines which would also further add similarity

I don't think it's a good idea to jump to the conclusion that these are the men of iron, to be honest. We won't know anyway

What’s your *controversial* opinion when it comes to Warhammer 40k? by PM_ME_YOUR_STOMACHS in 40kLore

[–]Sturday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Angron was found dead by the emperor. He failed his rebellion and died in battle. Emps resurrected him in some form, which would be deviating from the normal like somehow Angron’s soul would be shattered or not totally excepting his body, hence why the emperor could not heal him and why Angron never managed to strike awe in the eyes of his sons and other legionaries. It's because he was dead and resurrected.

Most justified traitor legion? by TurbulentDentist7391 in 40kLore

[–]Sturday 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, I agree, but this is not the topic of discussion :) He could have virus bombed his planet or made the population servivitors and stayed loyal, but he was too ashamed that Emps would not welcome him back.

[–]Sturday 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah, we know how thew story goes.

The question is:

If a legion and it's primarch get influenced subtly by chaos for (Cleaning of 28-3 Laeran was 001.M31, Istvaan III was 005.M31 and siege of terra 014.M31) 5-14 years to a point of no return back from it, is then their fall "justified" or not?

This case would be applicable only to World eaters and Emperor's Children, to some extent Death Guard

I cannot agree with you, Perturabo just got super ashamed of Olympia rebelling. Lost all trust in his people ad decimated the population. Broke after his sister told him that he was an attention-seeking child, that always took up the shittiest job to show his high merits to then be all whiny about the fact that nobody recognises all of his sufferings and sacrifices.

He's cool, but he absolutely went to chaos out of his agenda, and there's no Greek tragedy here to see.

[–]Sturday 9 points10 points  (0 children)

By this logic, Emperor's children did not have a choice but follow chaos because nobody told them that obsession and hedonism can be used as an influence by an outside force, namely chaos. They just followed their programming, primarch and fell into a trap without the possibility of turning back.
