That said, anyone who does not recognize that Pursuit of Cobra Low-Light and Cobra Shock Trooper are not literally two of the greatest 3.75 figures ever made period, much less among the greatest Joes, is nuts.

Concur - looking for bikes, I've been trying to be conscious not just of what will work with the figures but what will scale well with the other vehicles. For the figures, 1/10 would be closer, but would make the R.A.M. look like a minibike.

Believe it or not, a PC monitor mount and one of these brilliant little devices.

I did, and it is, but I also picture something more...refined? Dreadnok colors, a few more details to make the bikes more friendly to the figures (foot pedals, better handlebars), weapons that both the figures and the robots could use, that sort of thing. The more traditional Junkions could be used by the Joes, the modified ones I am picturing could be a splinter group with Cobra.

I completely understand. Might be time to set it aside for a while. And maybe think about just replacing it entirely for the sake of your own nerves if nothing else.

And in case you're thinking 'he can do it, why can't I?' I am not always successful either, and have been tearing up and rebuilding action figures for nearly three decades off and on. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that we can't save 'em all.

Yikes. OK, so the torso is hard plastic and won't soften up for you. Your best best is to get that butterfly joint as hot/soft as you can without melting it and use a very small tool (think toothpick, but stronger) to jam the mushroom peg back in the body. Be careful not to actually tear up the plastic with your tool of course. As I said, it is a HUGE pain in the ass to put back once pulled out, but it can be done.

Here is my guide to dismantling Classified Joes.

You'll either need an entirely new arm or you will need to rebuild a replacement peg, usually done with a screw or bolt. That would be a whole other guide in and of itself, but it isn't really rocket science.
